Each promotion has its terms. Once you place your qualifying bet, you’ll get the promotion automatically, either when you place the bet, when it settles, or within 24 hours.

1. You didn’t opt in – make sure that you are opted into the promotion
2. You opted in after you’d already placed the required bets – ensure you’re opted in before placing bets
3. Your bet(s) didn’t qualify. This could be because:

• Your bet’s odds were lower than the minimum odds for the promotion
• You bet on an ineligible market or event
• You placed more than 1 bet on the same event when only the first settled bet qualified
• Your bet stake amount was lower than the minimum stake amount for the promotion
• You placed your bet before the promotional period
• Your bet was settled after the promotional period
• You bet on an ineligible game(s)
• Your bets might have contributed to another promotion
