Why did my account became dormant?

What happens if my account goes dormant?

30 days before your account becomes dormant, we’ll notify you via your registered e-mail address.

Once your account becomes dormant, a £5 monthly admin fee will apply until you either log in and reactivate it or request to close it. Please note that any charges will be only taken from your 10bet cash balance – we don’t deduct charges via any of your registered deposit/withdrawal methods.

Before we charge any fees, we’ll attempt to refund any remaining real money to your last payment method, unless our terms say we need to keep it.

Charges will not occur once your balance reaches £0. If you reactivate your account, you can add to your balance as usual with no charges.

Can I stop my account from becoming dormant?
