Loss limits FAQ

A loss limit helps you stay in control by capping how much you can lose in a calendar month.

Common questions:

What is a loss limit?

A loss limit is the most you can lose in a given month. If you reach it - for example, £1,000 in March - you'll need to wait until the next month to bet again. The limit resets automatically at the start of each month.

Can I change my loss limit?
  • To lower it: contact Customer Support and they'll update it for you.
  • To raise it: email proof of income (such as a payslip or bank statement) to support@10bet.co.uk. We'll review it and let you know our decision within 24–72 hours.
  • You can't remove the loss limit completely.
How can I see my current loss limit?
  1. Click the avatar icon at the top.
  2. Go to 'Responsible gaming'.
  3. Click 'Loss limits'.
  4. View your loss limits and how much you've used.
How is a loss limit different from a deposit limit?

A loss limit caps the total amount you can lose. A deposit limit caps the total amount you can deposit.
