How does Self-exclusion work?

You can stop gambling completely with us by self-excluding for 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, 4 years, 5 years, or another period over 6 months.

You won’t have access to your account during the chosen self-exclusion period. Once the self-exclusion is applied, you’ll stop receiving marketing materials from us within a maximum of 48 hours. Your account won’t be re-opened automatically at the end of the self-exclusion period.

Any open bets on your account will remain valid. If you hold cash in your balance, we’ll pay it to your payment account.
