To check the round in question, please follow these steps:
1. Click the top right icon
2. Go to 'My account'
3. Click 'Betting history'
4.Select the relevant time period and set the product field to ‘Casino’ to check the round history
5. The round history will be visible on a new tab
If you still think the bet has been incorrectly paid, please contact our Customer support with details of the round or a screenshot from the ‘Gaming history’ so it can be reviewed.
