Occasionally, you may need to clear your device’s cache and cookies to ensure smooth operation and full site functionality. How this works varies by device and browser. We’ll cover the most popular options below. You may need to search for how to do this on other devices and/or browsers.
Google Chrome (PC)
- Click the menu in the top-right corner and select ‘Settings’
- Select ‘Privacy and security’
- Select ‘Clear browsing data’
- Set the time range to ‘All time’ and make sure all 3 options are selected
- Click ‘Clear data’ button to complete the process
Google Chrome (iOS Device)
- Tap the menu toolbar in the bottom-right corner and select ‘Settings’
- Select ‘Clear browsing data’
- Set the time range to ‘All time’ and make sure all 3 options are selected
- Tap on the ‘Clear data’ button to complete the process
Google Chrome (Android Device)
- Tap the tab selection square at the top of the screen
- Tap the menu in the top-right corner and select ‘Settings’
- Select ‘Privacy and security’
- Select ‘Clear browsing data’
- Set the time range to ‘All time’ and make sure all 3 options are selected
- Tap on the ‘Clear data’ button to complete the process
Safari (iOS Device)
- Go to ‘Settings’
- Select Safari
- Select ‘Clear history and website data’
- Select ‘Clear history and data’ to complete the process
Firefox (PC)
- Click the menu in the top-right corner and select ‘History’
- Select ‘Clear recent history’
- Set the time range to clear to ‘Everything’ and make sure all 5 options under ‘History’ are selected
- Click ‘Clear now’ button to complete the process
Microsoft Edge (PC)
- Click the menu in the top-right corner and select ‘Settings’
- Select ‘Privacy, search, and services’
- Under ‘Clear browsing data’, select ‘Choose what to clear’
- Make sure the ‘Browsing history’, ‘Cookies and other site data’, and ‘Cached image and files’ are selected
- Click ‘Clear now’ button to complete the process
