As required we conduct electronic ‘know your customer’ checks. If these checks don’t give us enough information about you, we may request you prove your identity by providing verification documents. 

What is verification with documents?

If we’re not able to verify you electronically, you may need to provide:

1. Proof of identity (passport, ID card, driving licence, etc.)

2. Proof of address issued in the past 6 months. Acceptable documents include:

  • Utility bills (gas, water, electricity, phone)
  • Bank statements
  • Mobile phone bills
  • Insurance policies
  • Address certificates

Note: If your driving licence address matches your registered address, we’ll accept it for both ID and proof of address.

Why do I have to send my documents?

These documents are needed to verify your account and ensure uninterrupted access to our services. This process is essential for maintaining a professional, secure, and accurate gaming environment.

At certain points, we may need to confirm details such as your identity, address, or income as part of this commitment. We guarantee that the information you provide will be treated confidentially.
